    Note the two staff user groups, just admins and mods. None of this 'super mod' or 'sectional mod' or 'coder' techno babble! Those were simpler days!

    Also, that's how the site looked when I joined. You can see why it took me several weeks to even realise there was a forum on KHV... it's under 'site-related'. |:

    Hahaa as you can see i didn't actually join till 2010, but i remember lurkin' around often. I remember the 2007 skin... *shudder* looked like two year old colored it... Hahaa good ol' times!

    I mean yes it was good in that they could observe what goes on and we could get to know them a little better as a staff member, but the whole being powerless thing probably wasn't fun. And it's not even like they could learn to be a moderator, since they couldn't access any moderation tools. xD
