and yes, crocodiles have been unchanged since the time of the dinosaurs, their not just desendants.

some species of fish too have gone unchanged

Well actully they have changed. The first crocodile is was about 60 feet, they just grown smaller since then.

 

That was a diferent species, it wasn't a crocodile yet it seemed very similar to one.
