Yea, basic description of them is fast and violent, they go looking for strange mutated monsters that are torumenting people and they have a pretty big roll in the story.

 

So...there like heartless?

 

No, their human and they hunt/kill the things outside the town boundries. most of the time the mutations don't go near the cities but the ones that do need to be stoped.

 

So they are like the Splicers from the game BioShock?

 

Well, somewhat I guess.

 

BioShock is scary.

 

I think it looks pretty cool, and the graphic effects are awesome like all the little details in how they did the water, really amazing.
