Well, go to bed turn off the lights and close your eyes and think of nothing.

 

I'm fine..I'll probably go to sleep in like two hours or so.

 

*sigh* but surely if you are so very tired you will fall asleep sooner or later, now just to to bed, turn the lightes off put a pillow over your head and try and sleep.

 

Well all this talk about sleep made me tired, so i'm off to bed. Good night.

I'll share a secret with you guys, try this because it works for me. why is still unknown...maybe cuz it's just the only thing I do when going to sleep...

make up little stories each night, go trough them and try and think what you would do (place yourself in the story)

or for the less creative think of a movie/show and think of ways it could
-end better
-a better way for a sceen to play out
-or something like that
