Casey continued to laugh "Why not? As long as I don't get called dad, that'd be creepy."

"So, we going back to school or home until the end of the holidays?" He asked putting arm around her shoulder and turing to look back at the castle.

Casey sighed happily and smiled. "This is kinda sureal..."

 

"i know...."she said

 

Casey suddenly started to laugh. "That annoying little-- She was right."

 

"who?"lyra asked

 

"Elle, do you remember just before we left for our first year me and her having a massive arguement on the platform? She was trying to whind me up by saying you where my girlfriend. I told her to go well, take a long walk off a short pier basicly. Then she said somthing else about it in the summer a few years later, let's just say I owe her a lot of money and most of my dignity now." He explained while still laughing.

lyra walked down into the common room,lily had said that she'd look after cory for awhile,then he could go back to lyra,she went to the fire and picked up her bag

 

"Hey Ly." Casey's voice came from behind her, he was sitting on floor reading a potions text book.

 

hey casey.."she said"what class is it first?"

 

He held up the book "Potions. Woo hoo." he replied sarcasticly.

 

"oh goodie....what fun!"she said rolling her eyes"I knew i should've dropped that..."
