Hugh put down the board he was working on and stood up "I'm not in MAES, but I want a word with you anyway"

Shu: You want access to the core don't you?

They led Rev out the ship, they were outside the Telsa institue, a group of gaurds came to collect Rev.

 

Rev: hey guys, just another wrongly convicted soldier here.

 

Hugh: Yes. I understand that the classification of data on the research of the craters was your doing? As the captain of research I should not have data withheld from me. There was a time where every experiment needed to be approved but I demolished that for the sake of progress. I don't expect to be told everything but when I ask for info it should be given.

 

Heaps of Gaurds ran past onto the ship.
Soilder: Whats going on?
The lead gaurd aimed his weapon at him and fired, the rest of the gaurds started to shoot the EFA members.

Shu: I can't help it, I was ordered to keep my finding seceret from everyone else, even you. But I have given you access.

 

Rev:.... ok? what's going on?

 

Hugh rubbed his left temple, one of his stress ticks. "Where did you leave the backdoor? At the secondary hub?"

 

Gaurd: We are DC troops, and you are coming with us.

Shu: I used my own personal HUB. I have to go, they have brought a T-Link pilot here and I want to see if he can be used.

 

Hugh: Allright. The sooner I get this worked out the sooner I can track down Rev.

 

Rev: Wasn't I on your side at the beggining?

 

Shu: Rev, he's the pilo.t

Gaurd: No, you EFA slave.

 

Hugh's eyes widened for moment. "Well that changes things. Would you mind if I accompany you?"

 

Rev: Don't call me a slave slave!

 

A great wind swept through the institue, and the power started to go haywire.

A massive Beam came through the ground under the ship, changing it. The shock wave sent everyone above it flying away.

 

Rev bashed into a pillar, stunned by the blast.

 

Hugh looked around and the various devices that were almost randomly receiving power. "What the hell could be creating enough EMI to go through our faraday cages? It's almost like-" Hugh stopped his sentence short when he realized what it probably was. "Get me the highest class Sub-Granzon mech"

 

The ship had changed into an aregator battlecruiser.

Shu: This way. Shu started to walk towards a subterrainian hanger.

 

As Hugh walked with Shu he quickly explained his plan. "That energy signal was just like the one that was around when the Granzon in New York transformed. It seems that this time however this is on purpose. I believe that they will be expecting on onslaught and have prepared the transformer to take the lead mech we send after it. That is why I'm not using the Granzon, you are. I want you ready, but don't power up until you see another pulse like that last one. That would mean they took my ship and I need you to come in to clean up. Clear?"

 

Rev woke up and stared at the battle cruiser. Am I in a Sci fi movie or something?
