Just to be perfectly clear, I don' t hate you. I didn' t put you on the spot bringing up the ghosts of Christmas past for the sake of spanking you, I did it because it had to be you. For several reasons. One of them being I thought you genuinely cared about those issues. You just made it crystal clear you weren' t listening and yeah, that did piss me off an I chose to bite back, sue me. Truth be told, I' m not so sure you do care about those issues anymore. But if you do then please, please, please, I' m begging you, take a closer look at fallacies lists, learn how to spot bias in statistics methodology and stop defending the indefensible. I' m far from being an expert on those topics myself. yet even I can spot several red flags in you previous post. That' s not a good sign. Not gonna bother listing them, I' m trying to teach you how to fish, spoon-feeding you my truth won' t do that.

im hesitant to go to online places bc it seems like if you found someone around you it would be easier to work with them when you dont have anything published yet.

I agree entirely and that's why I haven't done it myself. Now plenty of creators are able to do it; hell, Bendis lives in Cali and Sara Pichelli in Italy and she doesn't speak English and they're able to work together real well....but for a group of amateurs to do it? I'm really hesitant to try it. Seems riskier

yeah i definitely think it can be done, not saying that, but just starting out id rather work with a person so we can talk it through. ive tried writing some comics and getting the form down on paper without images is tough. at this point im writing them like plays with set details for each page and dialogue as well. which is why i dont really want to go to deviantart. not being able to talk through that would be a big barrier.

hell if image didnt require you to send in 5 inked and lettered pages minimum i wouldn't even be bothering with this. would just send a script.

I'm less annoyed that they removed it, more annoyed why they originally said they removed it. Kaplan's new statement is much better to me and I still support him and the game and the team behind it.

I'm just not so optimistic about how a forum post from a person whom I disagree with on this subject seemingly got that decision finalized. And I think the issue is the atmosphere and the way it happened; instead of quoting a bunch of different people saying that they were also not cool with the pose, it was just one reply in someone's complaint thread. Atmosphere most definitely matters in my opinion when taking community input into consideration, cause I've already seen a few posts, from women, who actually support stuff like that pose.

I thought about what I said about them removing the pose silently and realized that would have been a bad move too, so I'm with you there. But I meant to say, give players options to pick whatever poses for whatever characters they want to see in the game.

The wedgie is always there on Tracer's default, iconic suit. That's a big part of why I don't understanding removing that pose. She does the same pose in the game's big CG reveal cinematic.

Again restating, I'm going to buy and play the game and probably enjoy it regardless, but I feel a conversation about how this change happened and why was deserved.

And regardless what I think, I acknowledge Blizzard didn't get censored, they made the choice on their own and that's ok.

But for stuff we disagree less on, BvS's depiction of women. I think I should have clarified that I wasn't posting my thoughts in contrast to yours: just what I felt about the characters you mentioned.

I could maybe try some sketches for you guys when I have free time??? I'm a little rusty though, but I have done comic book kinds of stuff.

You should learn to draw either way honestly. I know it seems kinda dumb, but I think that even if you're not doing the final work, someone like you is going to want to have a hand in composition and other minutiae of the process because it matters so much to storytelling. So sure, go look for someone who can draw, but first don't count yourself out and second know that you'll have reasons to be near artists and relate to them better if you are one yourself regardless of your perceived skill level.

I like how Square is finally making a game the way we've been asking them too.

A pseudo Green Day looking party going on a bro trip with magic swords is basically all I need in life.

my question really is like, okay so we're both using the same pokemon bank account, our pokemon are all in there. as long as we keep it straight and don't steal each other's pokemon we're good right? (probably won't be an issue because i give my pokemon dumbass names) is there like... a box system like on the PCs in the game?
general question @ everyone not just you lol but ty i will add you once i get mine

Haven't played Pokémon in like 100 years but I could trade you a couple of rad ones. I'll get my fc when i'm home later

And that's hardly irresponsible. I should know, I'm a sucker for all those amiibos and i don't even own a WiiU/new3DS
