i feel like such a high maintenance person lately i'm making so many phone calls and emails to customer service **** lately and i hate being that person for some reason but I have legitimate issues/questions like being permabanned from amazon payments

 

I couldn't hold this mind set personally: if I bought a thing, I'd like it to work right, and customer service exists for a reason, and I'm not going to be rude to them just because I'd like something fixed, y'know?

 

My Vietnamese friend worked for such hotlines for years. They' re asked to keep a client per hour quota, so they don' t dig lengthy calls that much (not that it should be any of Misty' s concern). Make them repeat themselves though and they' ll start getting angry. Get angry yourself and they might outright bullshit you. He told me when his clients lost it, asked for his name and demanded to speak to his superior he' d just reply "Sure, do you have a pen ? You ready ? Good. My boss' name is S like Sophie, F like Francis, R like .... tooot, tooot, tooot" (SFR is the French Comcast)

i'm saying this based only on the 2 chapters i've read, but i want to say that quality-wise it's the best anime or manga i've ever experienced. it seamlessly stitches perspectives and settings into a poetic narrative that reminds me of something Stephen King would write. top-tier storytelling without a doubt. and i'm not talking about that bullshit "wow this is some deep theme stuff m8" storytelling card weeb and otaku ******s like to pull as they circlejerk themselves into blissful ignorance, but the type of storytelling that, as a creative writing student, makes me both sexually aroused and immensely envious

it also feels good to cleanse my ****ing palate from the **** that was claymore

none of my issues are like... with products i've bought rn exactly. I took my phone to a repair shop recently and they broke it further so i've had to talk to them, i bought something from a website that then shutdown so i'm trying to get my bank to refund it, i have to make a drs appt bc i finally have health care and need to get some things sorted out, and I was banned from amazon payments like years ago bc they couldn't verify my identity and i'm trying to get it lifted

it's all just one big uuuuuuuugh and now i'm filling out college apps bc i'm transferring again and originally I thought I could apply for free bc I went to a community college and that's how it works in new york but apparently since I did a semester at a four yr school that deal is off the table
so now I want to remove the college I applied to for ignoble reasons, since the money hasn't been paid the app hasn't been sent so I should be able to but I can't find a way via the website and I don't want to pay $100 and UGH UGH UGH UGH

 

I hope it's nothing serious.
