There's something about being alone in the house and then thinking you're hearing the distinct noise of footsteps and a drawer in the kitchen opening that really makes you question your life choices.

Namely deciding that you're going to take a bath with the door unlocked.

Damn, is the drummer alright ? xD

If a door can be locked I' ll lock it. Not that I' m particularly paranoid, but my parents are so it became a reflex.
What has happened to me though, back when I still lived with my parents, was that I' d go take a bath and later find out whoever else was in the house thought he was alone and put the alarm when leaving. The kind that throws tear gas everywhere when triggered. You don' t wanna mess with that.

Which season ? I' ve only watched the latest (which is satire) and a few of the earliest (which were dumb for the sake of being dumb). The game was a bit of both.

whaaat. That is some tight security at your parent's house. Do you live in the French equivalent of Area 52?

All the doors leading to the outside and the garage have deadbolts. All the windows are locked. I didn't lock the bathroom door because of the above reasons and I was alone in the house. Aside from my two cats.

My mother has suggested that it was my sister coming to get something. But I didn't hear the basement or front door open. I've gone over every rational explanation I can think of. But it was just heavy footsteps going into the kitchen and then the sound of a drawer being pulled open and then the sounds of someone rummaging through said drawer.

Never heard anything I couldn' t rationalize away myself, but I did see a door slam shut right in front of me for seemingly no reason. Couldn' t be the wind and I really, really doubt the blunt I smoked that night had anything to do with it. It happened in my great-grandma' s house, shortly after she passed away, 100% sure I was alone. I' m not screaming ghost, but I' m puzzled to this day.

I find it so funny when people on social media share stuff about people being "anti-gun" just because they're not all for keeping the system the way it is.

The amount of people defending the officer who slung that student is terrifying.
On a related note, I love how the majority of a minority can take a stand against something, but as soon as one agrees with the right wing whites, it's supposed to be the end-all of the conversation

Not many people want a fair system, they want the one that benefits them (all the while they label it as equal).

I used to like Blue Bloods on CBS. Then they started regularly portraying anti-brutality protesters as scheming villains out to ruin people's lives, and social justice supporters as attention-seeking fakers. The main character is a jerk, anyway.
