Metal....Gear?

 

A weapon to surpass Metal Gear.

 

I hate that I haven't actually studied in like a month since I moved.
I want to study now, but I don't know anyone here who can help me with studying.
It used to be so easy to get books, but not here. No one here reliably or accessibly sells books.
I need a new book guy.

I may or may not be talking about studying.

 

Went shopping with a friend today and I got some stuff:

Pretty cool, though. But I can't say that's my favorite Harley Quinn. I'm more of an OG costume guy, myself.

 

My favorite Harley is the OG but with some hair sticking out, so I know that she ain't bald underneath it.

Bald chicks scare me.

supervisor from the job i had this summer gave me a card that everyone in the office wrote on wishing me well
i cried a little

 

I'm ending Metal Gear Solid 4 tonight. The feels are present.

 

Quit a trip, wasn't it? The hour long cutscenes, the cow mechs, the hot crazy chicks, Mount Snakemore, etc.

 

Part of this game involves possibly the greatest robot battle gameplay ever made AND I WANT A FULL GAME SERIES OF IT

 

I'm home from my vacation but I'm still off work until Monday.

 

moved into my dorm today
was full on prepared for it to be awk town central, being in this room with this person i have nothing in common with and knowing no one, but it turns out my roommate is into geeky stuff like me and seems like a cool guy, and i met this pretty cool girl who is in a similar situation as me (transferring. no familiar faces. generally lost.) in trying to find where something was and later walked back to the dorm talking with her. talking. being friendly. knowing people. this may seem insignificant to most but for me it's like this monumental moment.

and now I'm listening to Violent Waves which i've never dug before but i'm enjoying it.
and later listening to jflynn. and reading Low again. both of those put me in a uniquely good headspace

It's amazing so long as the con is actually well managed. I got lucky with Anime Expo being my first.
