Yeah, unironically. I mean, I totally understand enjoying them for the cinematography and sound design and visuals; that's what drew me into Heavy Rain when I played it myself, but trying to explain what's wrong with the games, such as the portrayal of women and the ridiculous character motivations, sometimes gives them a sense of clarity and revitalizes my hope in their taste.

Step 1: get off any and every electronic device you have access too.
Step 2: clear your mind of what you are most likely being bothered by

    if steps 1 & 2 don't work. See a non-khv related doctor

If you want my honest opinion, coming from someone who used to suffer from insomnia. Get yourself on a schedule. It is one of the best ways to handle this. Plus eating right, exercising, all the crap people tend to not want to hear also helps.

I actually told this part to a friend recently. Even he was befuddled and said "That sounds so fucking stupid."

Usually, I'll watch or listen to something that doesn't require a lot of brain power, something calming. Ambient music helps. If you consume caffeine, try to cut yourself off a few hours before bedtime. The idea is to wind yourself down to the point where you feel ready for bed.

Did you at all mention the Native American Super Velociraptor Ghost?

Anyway, the point of my original comment wasn't the people saying "David Cages' writing is good" but rather "David Cages' writing is better than Life is Strange's." Both of which are wrong in every conceivable way. Also some crap about Social Justice Warriors and feminists, but I have no idea what the f*** they are talking about at that point.
