I have to be at work at 8am to open 3 days out of the week. Which means I have to get up at 7 to be able to get to work on time.

I am so not a morning person. Whoever decided to schedule me for morning shifts is a loon.

But then again, I get my work over and done with for the day. Rather than do the 'Uuuugh, I have to go into work later.'

 

Not yet, I plan to pick it up whenever it goes on sale. I still need to finish the first one as well.

 

Today is going so quick I swear. I've been here for three hours already but it feels like an hour and a half

okay so we've taken a step back in time to about 2005, because GOD DAMN I REMEMBER WHEN WOW SERVERS HAD QUEUE TIMES AND GUESS WHAT'S BACK

 

Lots of people have always been talking about the glory days of vanilla WoW, maybe they're trying to please those people?

One of the best things to ever happen to me was taking over the work schedule. I rarely work before 3pm.

 

Do you take care of your things? I take care of my things.
When I was a kid my dad would always tell me, "it's all about taking care of things." I rolled my eyes as a kid, but at some point it set in.
I bring this up because my copy of Platinum just came in (heck yeah a full week early), and while it's in good condition on the whole, the front of the case has tons of scratches on it. Annoying because it's one of those cases where the plastic is very tight and there's no wrinkling so I'd love to keep it on the game. Oh well, I'll just switch it out with Days or something. I've also been wondering how so may cartidge games end up without cases. I understand cardboard cases because I threw mine away as well when I was a kid (wish I didn't), but how do DS games end up without a cases? Who throws away a high quality plastic case with inserts and art? Maybe that's just the collector in me who wants everything to be a physical copy in good, complete condition not understanding.

 

I have the boxes for my DS and my 3DS still, as well as the box for my laptop, and all of the cases for games I've bought physically.

 

I keep collectors edition stuff, but other than that, I generally just swap out games and place the outgoing game in the case of the game I'm about to play.

I really hate that because I decided to be nice and cover for someone at work, I missed the damn Diancie event at GameStop because I couldn't go until today.

What characterizes your Sunday evenings/nights?

the people i live with decide to wait and wash every article of clothing they have on Sundays which takes like all day, so here i am trying to just get this one load washed but can't till around midnight, which leads to late showers, which they don't like since the shower disturbs their sleeping. frustrating.

@Laurence_Fox better be drinking that orange juice. or something. whatever helps immune system. i don't know I'm not a scientist.
