Last night I beat American McGee's Alice.

My god. I did not enjoy that game. If Madness Returns didn't require me to play it for lore and achievements, I'd never touch it. So imaginative, such a great presentation, aesthetic, and even made me get chills in parts... but I just could not play it. Jumping was a task and so was fighting. It definitely was not my thing. "BUTJAMESMAYBEYOUJUSTDONTLIKEOLDSHOO-"

If people continue to read after the YouTuber video, I also beat Charlie Murder last night. People, pray that game comes to PC. Seriously. Modern classic in the beat 'em up genre. It's up there with Guardian Heroes and Streets of Rage in terms of quality. But the Xbox 360 is holding it back due to it having AWFUL netcoding. It is impossible to play two person co-op in that game for more than an hour without having to restart the session. It gets unplayable. But if it were on PC, modders could fix that. Easily. And if you have an Xbox 360 and want some good couch co-op, get it. It's soooooo gooooood and you won't ever have an issue with netcoding because not net to worry about. Everything else in the game is damn near flawless.

god i can't wait til oras comes out and cleans up the online battling some by, theoretically, limiting genning pretty hard
nothing is more demoralizing and annoying when i'm playing against someone who trows out a team of full shinnies and they're like the most ou/uber guys possible and i see that they've hatched like 2 eggs, meanwhile i'm playing with legit pokemon that i actually like after hatching like 2,500 eggs goddamnit

 

My Shinies are pretty much to collect, I only use like 6 of them in different teams, and half of them are nowhere near battle ready.

 

If you ever feel the need to trade any of them I'll take care of them :)
