That happened at every store I' ve worked at. That and more. Didn' t notice there was an age to be an *******. Meh, joke' s on them, all the prices are calculated keeping that in mind. As my father often says the only thing that' s free in this life is kicks in the butt.

There's something strangely addictive about playing a fighting game, getting a good read on your opponent and squashing him...

I met a guy in Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown today who helped me grind for an achievement. Boy, let me tell you, he beat my ass in quite a bit. Not even joking, but during this he stopped to teach me how to play the game, coach me on what I was doing wrong, and help me find a character I liked. After I accidentally perfected him and won the string of rounds, he asked if I'd be down for a main vs main fight (YOU KNOW THE MAIN I JUST GOT) to see if I would be any good. AND I STOMPED HIM. Close match honestly, came down to a fifth round, but I GOT 'IM. He told me he actually tried and I used my positioning well and blah and that I should get on Thursdays and join the social tournaments they have.

After that, I sweeped the arcade mode on hard. Good feeling man.

There are few feelings as good in gaming as getting good at a fighting game. However, for me that just means my friends never want to play with me ._.

Some day my prince will come. Until then, I'll just curl up in the corner and try to move past the last 14 hours that have left me completely exhausted and drained.

Anyone got some good, HD quality anime streaming sites? The one I mainly use, AnimeFTW, doesn't have Stardust Crusaders working right now.

I'm just watching one series at a time pretty much lol. I know I could torrent it, buuuuuut sometimes I get impatient. I might just do it for Stardust Crusaders though.

Don't want to deal with the format that animehere.net is using.
Wasn't a fan of the video quality for lovemyanime.net.

Looks like I'll resort to torrents for now.

iv breeding/ev training my 6th pmon now. this is probably the last one i'll do before i take a break from iv's for a few. hatching all of these eggs without the desired results gets quite infuriating after a while. need a break. and i kinda suck at it so it takes longer than it should. retrospectively, i wish i hadn't rushed through the game to get to the end so i could start iv/ev training. i kinda want to replay through the story but i dont want to start over either. i wish you could play through the story with the pokemon you've already raised on the same save file. i don't want to lose the play time i've invested.
i didn't build this as a "team" so i have no idea how well they function together, but i am eager to start playing with other people so i guess i can do that now.

i started torrenting a couple years ago and haven't looked back. i don't think i've streamed anime online since. just not worth it.

So I entered this video contest for The Completionist about destroying Sonic 06.
And now I wait. Because I feel like it was crap but a LOT of work went into it...

    Details mate?

Also, Sonic 06 implements a lot of design ideas that would be good for the series. The writing (well, duh) and the programming just destroyed it and any chance it ever had. If as much passion went into that game as did its music, it'd be a classic. It's a pile of crap and defects, but I've seen worse from playable games.
