The Last Hope of their Future

Kaji began to lauph when he heard he say this, and turned around. "Chiyon was it? Yes, tell me, do you know why I am king?" he asked her. "Do you know why none of the many attempts on my life have ever succeeded?"

 

Chiyon glared at him. "Don't underestimate the power of the Vampire Hunter leaders... they are far more stronger than they appear."
She started to chew on her lip to supress her anger. "My squad is probably wondering where I am at the moment..." she muttered to silent for even Kaji too hear her.

Yuka stood outside the room door, she knew that Kaji was on the other side, she quickly read through everyone's thoughts in the room. She froze when she felt the presence of a vampire hunter.

 

"I'm afraid that they won't stand a chance against me" he said, as he began tp approach the door, and opened it, seeing Yuka there. "ANd you should realize by now mind reader" he said, already having an analysis of her abilities. "I am not killable" he said, lauphing. A grin then appeared on his face. "How do hunters treat fellow hunters, especially someone of such a high value as yourself?" he asked Chiyon

 

Clara: I will leave and let the other vampires know of the attack, also the attack will happen in the sun.
She leaves.

 

"These groups that are attacking are not under the control of my father, they are most likely rouge ones. Well since that vampire chick over there is a mind reader she may tell you something I am not going to tell you." Chiyon glanced at Yuka.

"Yuka sighed, she read through Chiyon's thoughts and then looked at Kaji. "Kaji, she's the captain of the elite squad of hunters that resides with in the city... How on earth is that possible at such a young age?" Yuka looked at Chiyon in disbelief.

Chiyon grinned. "It's because I was born with the physical abilities of a vampire even though I am pure human."

Daisuke caught the arrow before it even came close to his face, he let the tip of the arrowhead cut his finger before he snapped the arrow. He put his finger in his mouth and cleaned the blood off. "Sorry to disappoint you but I've gotta fly, I really don't want to have to deal with newbie hunters right now," Daisuke blew Setsuko a kiss. "Bye Bye for now!" He jumped out of the window and ran out of her sight.

 

Before Clara left she whispered to Yuka to follow her.

 

Yuka turned her head to Clara. What did she want?
Yuka followed after her.

 

She stopped far from anyone in the city.
Clara: What did you see when you lookd into everyones mind?

 

Yuka shrugged.
"Just random stuff," she said indifferently. "Chiyon's mind was the one I was reading the most, she had a very interesting life."

 

Clara: What about Kaji?

 

"He keeps his thoughts all over the place so I have a hard time reading them and it's working."

 

i want fae to meet yuka and kaji... and i will get my way

Fae walked around randomly, unknowing that she was right near the vampire city. It wasn't long before she heard a rumbling noise. A group of angry vampire hunters headed her way, one shouting "There's one", before they started to bolt

"Oh no you don't" she shouted, running after him and shooting more arrows, some hitting him.

 

Kagura dipped her feet in the ice cold lake water. "Hmmm.... what to do?"

 

"Your kidding", she mumbled, before making an ice wall in front of the hunters, it was a big wall too so it took a lot of energy.

 

Kagura left the lake and walked around the city for a while Deep down... I know I have something to live for...

 

The hunters tried to break down the walls, Fae seemed a little out of breath.

"She's guarding the city GET HER"

 

Kagura put on her earphones "No one should disturb me... lets see if they can catch my ears if I'm surrounded my a great wall of music.."
