jendra: what is your deal!? it is not like you are a monster

 

"I'm a vampire, it makes me a monster! And my deal is none of your business!" she replied.

 

jendra: at least you aren't a freak, a tool of war, and a mortician

 

"Oh, let me guess... that's what you are isn't it? Well, I suggest to consider yourself lucky. There are other people out there who aren't.." she said looking down again.

 

jendra: lucky/ Lucky!? i have no home! my closes family members mearly toleratem me for my services! my parents were all i cared about!

 

"Your lucky you even have family members!!" she exclaims, but covers her mouth immediately after that. "..I-I'm sorry..." she whispers after a short silence.

 

jendra's voice softened

Jendra: had....had family members.

 

Miku didn't say anything, her hand was still covered by her mouth. Her hood was still on, but you could notice tears falling out of her eyes rolling down her cheeks.

 

jendra jestured to an empty hotel

jendra: lets finish talking there where the sun won't follow

 

Miku simply nodded and followed, she couldn't really think straight anymore. This was probably the biggest fear/weakness in her life.

 

the two walked into. the hotel and closed the blinds

Jendra: so tell me your story

 

She bit her lip, and took her hood off. "I don't really like talking about it..." she said, her hands on her lap tightened like fists.

 

Jendra: it is best to have a confident for something that hurts you so.

 

She looked up at Jendra. ".....when I was 6" she started after an awkward pause. "my family was killed in front of my eyes... by my brother, he was human and so was my mom. My dad and I were vampires. He wanted to make the vampire species extinct so he started with us, my mother wasn't supposed to die... but she died... instead of me..." she continued her voice going really soft, it was difficult for her to continue.

 

jendra: that i am truly sorry for, but at least you are a vamp.

jendra looked at his feet.

jendra: when i was born, i was an abomination. my father was human and my mother was a vamp. i was there only child. because of what i am, i crave all manners of plant and meat. that includes humans and vamps alike. This disgusted my village, but they found a use for me. they made me the mortician. My job was to remove the flesh from the bones of the dead in order to prepare them for burial and prevent the spread of disease. I also became a scare tactic for when we went to war, with my "certian tastes" and all.

 

She looked at Jendra. "I-I'm so sorry... I'm acting like such an a** to everyone... one could say I'm selfish right now, I've always... looked at the past, never really moved forward. I don't imagine the other people's misfortune... Gosh... I feel like a complete sh**head..." she said burying her head into her arms, her crying has calmed down already.

 

jendra went to comfort her.

Jendra: you have alot going for you, trust me.

 

She sighed. "I swear, for the next I don't know how many years of my life I'll never get over it. I mean... it's been 10 years, that alone is a long enough time." Miku said, "thanks anyway... you were right, it sort of does help." she said smiling slightly at Jendra.
