Question:
We're allowed to use cuts from the KH manga, right?
because i've been using some

 

I used some for my entry a few years back, so I don't think it should be a problem...

 

I am having severe problems with rendering! It keeps stopping and coming up with various different errors if I save it in .wmv format. So I tried saving it in .mp4 but the quality was severely destroyed so I tried .avi (which made a file which was about 227MB) which I then converted to .mp4- the quality was fine and the size reduced but I have noticed the video is interlaced and I just LIKFHDILUSAFILHA. Basically, I am going to try to save it as .wmv one more time but if it keeps dying then I don't know how else to fix it. Help?

 

Yeah, .avi can interlace videos and that's always pretty annoying.

You can try rendering them in a Quicktime format and then re-rendering through either Vegas, or a free program online (there are plenty if you just google "Quicktime to wmv."

Ohai, I did it! I had to use my very first unfinished render, rerender bits I had changed since then, render the ending, put them all together in Vegas and rerender the whole thing. Everything went smoothly but a bit of quality was lost but it's not too bad. Sadly, uploading it to youtube severely decreased the quality and the actual thing does look better but oh well, it's better than it being interlaced.

I'm working on it...as in I have the song and pieces (yes, I am aware I have four days to clip/edit/render/freak out), but I'm still here! <.< >.> I forgot again (I blame the fact I'm in the middle of a giant move).

 

I'm around halfway done. I might end up cutting it short due to time constraints, but it'll be done by the 18th for sure.

 

Update from yesterday: I am 30 seconds in, 30 more to go (there was a slight delay due to the fact one whole verse was missing clips...don't ask me how my brain works, I have no idea). Thank god for not knowing how to do effects, righ. *grins*

I'll be cutting it close, but I should have it in by the end of the day on the 18th. The hardest parts are done, it's mostly just putting it together at this point.
