Ren hugged him, crying into his shoulder.

 

Rhixan kissed Alphonose's cheek before the Peacekeepers came. Dragging her family away, Rhixan waved goodbye to them.
Alphonose struggled around. "RHIXAN! PLEASE! REMEMBER THAT-" The doors shut and he was cut off.

 

Ren was dragged away.

Phenox sighed. He stood up.

 

Rhixan wiped away her tears and walked out of the room. She would never know what Alphonose wanted her to remember now.

 

Phenox walked out of the room. He sighed to himself.

 

Effie greeted them both. "Time to go!" She stepped through doors, dragging them both behind her. Cameras and paparzzi appeared from nowhere, asking questions and trying to get shots of them.

 

Phenox looked at a man with a camera. "Put that away if you wanna keep your eye..."

 

The paparazzi froze and then started to ask more questions. "PHENOX! Why did you volunteer for your brother?"
"Rhixan! How do you feel right now?"
Rhixan glared at the questioner and grabbed his shirt. "Piss off. Or do you wanna take my place so I can watch people kill you for MY entertainment?!"
The reporter went pale.
"Thats what I thought you baastard." She threw him away.

 

"Is that some of your business?" Phenox glared at the paparazzi.

 

Effie got them to a train. "Everyone on board!" Pushing them all on, she shut the doors behind them, leaving the paparazzi out on the platform. "There we go!"

 

Phenox sat in a seat. "Stupid paparazzi..."

 

Rhixan sat opposite him and crossed her legs. "Yeah...."

 

"Now I know how the movie stars feel..." Phenox yawned.

 

"Except for the fact they don't get off a train and then fight for their lives." Rhixan said, frowning.

 

Phenox closed his eyes. "Yeah..."

Rhixan looked out the window. It seemed like years ago that she was with Alphonose. How was he gonna take it, seeing her die on TV?

 

Phenox thought of Ren. He hoped that Ren decided not to watch him.

Rhixan shut her eyes, trying to get some sleep. I won't lose... I'll kill Phenox and Neal if it means seeing Alphonose again.

 

Phenox saw Rhixan sleeping. He closed his eyes and went to sleep as well.

 

Effie looked at the two and smiled.
Rhixan's stomach rumbled loudly. She opened one eye and looked down to it. "Great..."
