Kid:*looking up at Aku with one blue and one gold eye and a scarf covering his mouth*

Ka: Damn it.. I wish they didn't have to take the damn test...

 

Haku- Thats just it, they will need their hidden power to deal with this new threat, I can feel it

Tiamat- *flying over the landscape* Now then, where is that source of shadow essence, for once I immerse myself into it I will become the shadow god I was destined to be

 

Ka:*sighs* We have to some how hide the powers. where ever they are.

 

Synn- Thats the problem...where is the source of shadow power?
Angelus- NoN probably knew...but shes gone now

 

Ka:*growls* This just isn't fair! *punches the table she was sitting on and theirs a big hole in it* W-we've gone through so much to deal with NoN and now that we need her she's not here!

 

Aku: *whispers into Akaya's ear* NightsofNights . . .

 

Haku- I know...but please try to stay calm Ka, lets think this through
Synn- There has to be something...
Haku- *thinks back to his time near NoN* There just might be, Ka, do you think you got anything from NoN when you were controlled by her?

 

Akaya:*smiles* It's perfect.
Kid:*tilts his head to the side*

Ka: Oh! That bag that I had my school stuff in. the one that we stuffed with money.. you think she hide an item in it?

 

Haku- It's a possibility, who knows, maybe she was conditioning you to take over if she was ever defeated
Synn- Yeah, I could see the former NoN being that evil

Tiamat- *sniffs the air, getting a taste of shadow power* I'm getting close, soon this world will be mine!

 

Aku: *goes over to the kid and kneels down* Your name is . . . NightsofNights from now on, alright? That name comes from my brother and sister who passed away. *whispers to Akaya* What was your sisters name?

 

Ka: I'm not going evil again!?!

Akaya: her name was Haru,
NightsofNights: My name...

 

Aku: Yes, that is your name and your last name is Haru . . . how does that sound?

 

Haku- No...I meant when she controlled you, you broke free of her since then, the conditioning didn't have time to set in
Synn- *gets Ka's bag* Here you go Ka

 

Ka: I see.. thanks Synn. *opens the bag and takes everything out of it and a bracelet falls out of it* Huh? I never seen this before.

NightsofNights: *smiles* Sounds good^^
Akaya: he's so cute..

 

Haku- Hmmm...what is it?
Angelus- It looks like some sort of bracelet

Tiamat- *gets closer to the shadow essence, the land and sky darken around him* Any moment now, the shadows will follow me, NoN will be a footnote in the book of shadow lords after I'm done

 

Aku: Your probably hungry huh? Come on in the kitchen and we will fix you a plate *smiles and reaches for NightsofNights hand*

 

NightsofNights:*holds onto Aku's hand* Okay^^
Akaya: I'll set up another place. *goes on ahead and sets another place at the table*

Ka:This must be it. *puts the bracelet on and shadows pour out of it and information pours into Ka's mind*

 

Haku- Ka! Are you alright?!

 

Aku: *helps NightsofNights into a chair* What would you like to drink? We have water, soda, or milk? *goes to the fridge*

 

N-H: Milk please.
Akaya:* gets a plate set up for N-H*

Ka: Y-ya, I think.
Ka.
Huh? did any one else hear that? *looking around*
If you're listening to this then I'm guessing I'm dead. Bravo. You've been chosen as the next lord of shadows. It's a heavy responsability to bear but I know you can do it. With the help of your beloved Haku. I'm sure you two will do fine. This bracelet will never come off. It contains what shadow essense that I've stored away before my death. I hope you do the right thing.
