The Final Stand (Conclusion To The Final War, Beyond All Limits)

Scarlet blinked. "You have a fiancee?" She suddenly felt like someone had kicked her in the gut.

 

Looking back at the fadeing remains of the Twilight Thorn, Genservant again headed for the portal. Time to escape this prison! he thought, as he walked through the portal and into a whole new world.

 

Phenox smiled. "I AM a prince, you know."

 

"I know. Have you met her yet though? You don't know if you like her or not if it's arranged." Scarlet replied.

 

Phenox shook his head. "No, i'm gonna try to find her."

 

"And I'm guessing that means going to your planet." Scarlet looked out the window. "Which I'm guessing is FAR AWAY."

 

Phenox smiled. "Yeah, but I can get there in an instant."

 

Scarlet looked back at Phenox with a blank face. "Centuries of research into outer space and we barely have a satilite past Neptune yet YOU, with NO equipment what so ever, can get halfway across the milky way in an instant."

 

Phenox held his hand out. "I can take you with me."

 

Scarlet blinked, looking at his hand. "Really? But won't I cause a disturbance? I'm a human you know."

 

Phenox shrugged."The only way we can tell the difference is by scent."

 

"Lol, wut?" Scarlet laughed. "Smell? So I SMELL like a human?"

 

"It's a distinct smell. It smells like cherries." Phenox said.

 

Scarlet blinked, going slightly pink. "Oh! Thats my shampoo you can smell then....."

 

"Oh..." Phenox blushed a little.

 

"I guess that just pissed on your bonfire." Scarlet grinned at him.

 

"Well, humans do have a smell. I'll know it when I smell it." Phenox smiled.

 

"Fine then. I'll come with you." Scarlet smiled.

 

Phenox put out a hand and summoned a dark corridor.
