Erix smiled. "you know, you look really cute when you blush."
Phenox shook his head. "you don't have to worry about that because you're coming back with me." Phenox said with determined eyes. he wasn't leaving without her. he'd stay forever if he had to. Xathabat meant that much to him. 'like a little sister...' he thought

 

Xathabat sighed and crossed her arms." i can take care of myslef,im 23 years old without my sisters youth inside me now." she said rolling her eyes and gave a evil smile to him."put the fire out when you leave.."she said and jumped into the trees dissaperaing in the dark.

Merxina blushed harder she couldnt speak looking away.

 

Phenox was sad and angry.
Erix smiled. "what i promised you still stands."

 

Xathabat was on a tree branch watching him, waiting for him to lead her to her sister.

Merxina smiled lightly."a-a-and-th w-w-what w-was-th t-that" she asked shly.

Phenox set out for home
Erix smiled more. "remember? i promised to always love and protect you."

 

"yes-th" she smiled she put her hands behind her back.

Xathabat leapt from tree to tree following every step phenox took.
