Have you noticed that he tries to impress you more then other people? Does he seem a little more neverous around you? Do you think he just likes being around you?

 

anybody ever seen the username Micketymike on this forum...? well that's him... I see him every day... but he doesn't talk to anyone very much... and we basically don't hang out very often... even though we kinda hang out at lunch... and i guess you could say we're pretty good friends...

Okay, I don't know him, but assuming from what you've told us...

My advice would be (assuming he's shy), gradually ask to hang out with him a little bit more often (not too much, though, like maybe a couple more times a week or something), you know, just so you two could get used to being around each other more, at least in terms of starting things off.

We're good friends already... and we hang out actually quite often... but I don't hang out with him as much as my other friends... I'm a bit nervous to... and I don't know why... what scares me the most is that a relationship would ruin our friendship... or that he'd flat out reject me... <_>


and I guess you can't exactly call this a "crush"... because I mean... my feelings for him are different than my other friends... but... it doesn't feel like a crush...

I think maybe it's one of those things you'll never know unless you try... But if you're not certain it is a crush maybe you should wait and see what happens. Do you have anyother male friends? Because I have a different feeling towards my guy friends then I do to my female friends. It's not like I 'like' them but I trust them so I feel different towards them then other guys if that makes sense.

and we have these things at our school called Valentine Grams... you can send either a rose or a piece of candy to a person and it comes with a card... and our school's student council delivers them on or around valentine's day... maybe i could send him one...

 

Not to be a evil little cynic but I'd be carful using the word "love" when describing something like this. I don't know why but I just have issues with using that word without being certain of meaning it, even in acting or RPing which is ridiculous because you never even meet the other person. Anyways that's my issues not yours... XP

If you think you should then that's more than likely a good idea. Just don't tell him who it's from if your not certain though, at least then you have an escape route should you find out you feel otherwise.

I do the same thing... Why do you think I fangirl Vexen? It's not coz I think he's hot or something it's coz he's the only one I think I'd have a chance with if he were real. It sounds ker-a-zy but to some exent it's true and it reflects what I'm like a lot. I don't take chances, if I see a guy I think is hot I immeadatly think: Oh I'm way to ugly/fat/spotty/stupid/whatever for him. I soooo want a boyfriend more than anything but I sabotage it right from the moment I see a guy.

I wouldn't say forget it. Keep it out of your mind and see what happens, who know I might be wrong. Just don't act to forwardly on it, put it on a back burner or something. Wait a while before acting.
