The Demon's Crystals

Jordyn took a quick nod. She walked up the stairs slightly, and looked back at him with a smile. She made it to the top of the staircase and walked in the first door on her right. She looked at the bed and sat down on it. lying down and putting her head softly on the pillow. Something didn't feel right. She could feel as if someone were in trouble. She sent out a slight message. She knew who it was now. She didn't feel like moving yet though. Her body just began to rest.

 

Frank sat down on the couch and started to watch TV.

 

A small pulse of energy reached Ed just in time for him to spread his wings to break his fall some. His head hit the ground with a resounding thud. He lay and mastered the nausea that welled up in him. The feeling passed and he groaned as he felt the blood trickle from the back of his head. He reached back and, with what was left of his power, stopped the bleeding.

I guess I'll rest here.

 

"hmmm"
jecht stared at the stranger who had stopped his challenge
"no you arent strong enough"
he put his katana away and flew away

 

Jordyn rested slightly. She could feel the aura of that boy just move suddenly. She wanted to talk to him. She needed to know his name. She tried to send him a signal using her aura.

 

jecht was flying he sensed the girl she was calling him he closed his eyes and let his aura pulse back he then focused on her mind

Jordyn kept resting. She let her mind work mostly... She sent off the signal where she was. Though, she wasn't sure if it was her or the demon who sent out the signal. She wanted to talk to him, so maybe it was her.

 

jecht flew toward the signal ready for this
"now its time"

 

Frank still sat there, watching TV.

 

Jordyn felt his aura getting closer. She smiled and waited.

 

"Dammit, why does everyone run from me?" Kuro growled.
"You're not the only one."
Kuro looked up to see her brother land next to her. She gave something akin to a huff, then said, "I'm going after Jordyn. I know she's with Frank, but still...something just doesn't seem right."
Shiro smirked. "We've been doing an awful lot of running today, haven't we?"
"Shut up. Let's go. I sense something along the lines of demonic auras."
"Oh right," Shiro said, "I owe you something." He proceeded to punch Kuro on the shoulder.
"...The hell?"
"For jumping off a building without thinking."
"Ah."

The two set off in the direction of the auras.

As Edmondus lay on the ground, he could feel drops of rain falling on his face.

Well this is a troublesome situation you've got yourself into Ed. Why? To save some girl whom you will most likely never see again, nor will she thank you for it. No one ever does.

Slowly he rose to his feet, wobbling a little. The sky was an angry gray color and he stepped into the nearest shop. After a few minutes, he came out with a light gray tee shirt on and a black hoodie over it. As he walked down the street, contemplating his next move, it began to really rain. Ed flipped up his hood and kept walking, nearing Franks house as he wandered through the city.

Biography(Also their past please): Mayra was born in a wealthy family, her mother, a human, was killed by demons who knew her father. Her older brother, Ray, took care of her until her fourteenth birthday when he mysteriously disappeared. Afterwards, she started to search, hearing a lot of rumors about him, some saying he was died, others saying he's settled down. Mayra dreams of the day she reunites with her brother.

Biography(Also their past please): Ray was the heir to his family's massive wealth, but paid no mind to it. After the untimely death of his human mother and mysterious disappearance of his father, he took care of his little sister, Mayra, until she was fourteen. Then he left to find his father and bring him back, doing a lot of things causing rumors to appear.

Other: Ray secretly got married to a half-demon named Namie, his main weakness.

 

jecht landed on the roof of the building where jordyn was he let her know he was there by pulsing his aura

 

Frank heard something land on the roof and shut the TV off. He went upstairs to check it out.

 

Jordyn felt the aura pulsate. She knew he was here. She opened her eyes and sat up, letting her aura pulsate freely.

 

The siblings were hit with pulsating demonic auras.
"This is just fantastic," Kurokiba growled.
Shiro nodded. "Yes...who knows what - or who - else these auras will attract."
"Yeah...race ya to the source?"
"Can you take anything seriously?"
"Of course. Just trying to make things go faster." She grinned.

And in a few minutes of rooftop leaping, they reached the place where Jordyn's familiar aura came from.
Shiro made a snuffing noise. "Smells like...Frank."
"Frank and Jordyn in the same room? Oh boy."
Her remark was met with another punch from her brother.
"Serious now."
"Yes, sir." Kuro replied with mock respect.
Kuro slammed through the window. Shiro simply sighed and followed.

 

"oh crud"
jecht backflipped and jumped onto a tree branch then began to run
"what is with these interuptions"

 

Jordyn rubbed her eyes softly and sat up, feeling his aura on the move.
"That aura.. It's...incredible...," she said softly to herself. She felt rested and she wanted to go find him. She jumped out of the bed and opened the window pushing herself through. She jumped from the story to the ground, then started running towards the boy she met earlier. What was his name? Oh yeah.. Jecht...

 

Frank went to the bedroom to see if Jordyn was okay. When he got there, he saw the room was empty and the window open. He ran to the window to see her run off.
