I've gained like two stone in a year, which isn't good. But I'm always hungry so I don't stop eating, if I wasn't hungry I wouldn't eat and then I'd lose weight.

 

I'm trying to lose weight, myself, and I can tell you firsthand that starving yourself isn't the way to do it. If you'd like, I can tell you how you can lose weight without doing that.

 

Yeah! Onii is right! Thats the right way to lose weight then sit around.
Starving yourself makes it worse. Starving yourself is never the answer and it slows down your matabloism.

 

It really does. Whenever I did that when I finally ate I was like, "Oh..I didnt eat anything else today so..." And then I would eat a whole bunch xD
Lucky for me I excercise daily and learned some control. Now I weigh back to 100 ^^

I'm rather proud of myself; I started out in May at around 220-225. I'm down to around 203. My goal weight is in the 190's.
