I think he plays with them most of the time since it's helps him think. But I think when he's in really deep thought he sort of zones out which the anime represents with his eyes glowing <_< >_>

I haven't read much of the DN manga, I've been preoccupied with other stuff. lol

 

I was reading the scans online until I saw the anime, kinda just ended up replacing them with eachother. X3 But damn, that manga is drawn very lovely I think.

 

Oh yes, it is drawn really good. The one mangaka that astounds me with the detail she puts in drawing her hair is Arina Tanemura. I envy her skills T^T

 

I remember that name... Time Stranger Kyoko I think. I like the details she adds, just not the size of the eyes. I mean.... they's huge.

I have a theory on that. I believe the reason why the eyes on her characters are big because when she creates her characters, before she puts them in the story she forces them to watch a certain amount of TV and their eyes are stuck.
