Actually you're Merlin's Housekeeper. -_- How to change color or get more boxes? you need to get reputation from other people like you say something very interesting or made a right decision or if someone likes you. You'll get a reputation and points. 100 and get two boxes.

Reputation. Like I said, get 100 points or more and you'll get two boxes or more. higher you are, you can have special things like change your name color or change that Merlin's housekeeper into something you want.
