If you look straight across to the jail cell opposite of you, then there's a guy... Give him the watch, and he'll give you his sink handle.

 

How do I get his attention?Do I throw a coin at him?XD

Click on him when the arrow is a speech thing... After getting the sink handle, and turning it on, you can't talk to anyone, or call the guy with the bell... And I get stuck after that.

... I'm still stuck! ... SOmething about the blanket and drain, but you can only cover it because of a motive... Someone said that there was a walkthtough, but I don't see one...
