That Dragonball Movie

Did it come out yet? This rock I live under causes me not to know.

 

It passed my expectations with flying colors. That being said, my expectations were pretty low. I liked the movie nonetheless.

And since when does talking about the thread mean you where going along with my opinion on the movie?

 

Give me one good reason why that movie sucked that badly. I liked it.

 

Clearly their expectations are higher than the Burj Dubai.

 

I personally didn't like the fact he was in high school, nor the actor for Bulma and Yamcha..Chi Chi..eh..wasn't that bossy at all. I have to admit though I didn't finish the movie..I stopped at the part where:

The thief gets away with the ball, you know, the Chi Chi look-a-like near the end who knocked goku out or something?

 

Yea, it's been out for quite a while. I thought it was great because I have an open mind. It was like a really well drawn out fanfic of the show. I liked it :D

 

As long as you change all the names and don't call it Dragonball I like it.

 

Because the characters have the same name as the real deals.

 

But here's the thing; It's not supposed to model after the already-existing Dragonball series.

 

Except for the name.

And the characters.

And the plot.

Apart from those three minor components of a film, it was a movie in its own right.

 

I have bad news. See, the movie was using the original Dragonball as a basis, while maintaining its own plotline and character bases. This is because the age of the kids who watched dragonball as a kid has been passed down a generation.
