Tales of Xillia is getting localized

You realise of course that Abyss got a 3DS port?
Unless you don't have one.

 

3DS is a joke until it's library gets a whole lot better.

And Vesperia and Symphonia are my favourites, Symphonia was the first one i played so its got that going for it, but Vesperia, i've put literally over 200 hours into that game, it's just so amazing.

Pfft. I got the 3DS solely for Abyss.

I've never actually played the Symphonia games. Vesperia was the first Mothership game I played, and I find myself in the same situation as you there. But because of that, I kinda got fed up of the game. Abyss and Vesperia are pretty much tied for me.

 

I also put that amount of hours into Abyss. That reminds me. Mak, the replay of these games is pretty high since you can replay the game on a higher difficulty, you can start a new game with things ported over from your last finished file along with being able to buy some bonuses and the SIDEQUESTS! There are so many sidequests to keep you distracted. Along with trying to beat those superbosses.

 

Play the ROM?

 

Emulating a PS2 game is still pretty difficult and I don't think an emulator for the 3DS exists.

 

I'm pretty sure it's possible to switch your PS2 bios somehow.

So it's like Final Fantasy XII?

 

It's more like a fighting game with party members and RPG stats.

Also, my unpopular opinion. But I really liked Symphonia 2 even though the plot was a bit ehhh. For some reason I felt the characters were quite good, and the battles felt fluid. It was the first tales I could really replay without feeling some aspect of tedium. Really wanted to play Vesperia and sort of want graces, but I'm a poor college student.
