OOC: Kaito handed Ittoki the pion Chie.

Masaru nodded. "Good idea on the break." he said and put a hand to his chin in thought, the centaurs aloenwere a tougth adversary for the Party, apart from the oens who got injured, himself and Kuroi managed to get by without any damage, effectively utlitizing the Switch function, if they could only get by witha few scrapes with just Monster spawns, the Boss would most likely be on a higher level, but the question now was simple.

"Do we risk fighting the boss with only most of us at 1-2 or hang back and use this moment to grind for more experience so we'd have a sligth advntage over it?" He thought to himself, weighing the options, in RPGs, he mostly prefered grinding 2-3 levels higher than the Boss to gain aslight advantage, provided he didn't cheat at the RPG for Max Level.

"And if we do go for the Boss, it would mostly target one player at a time but maybe we shoudl spilt into a smaller group to gain a advantage over the Boss's attention, afte rlal, it's msot liekly it can attack Party members that are together." He pondered, he didn't as if any of them were Beta Testers either.

Star, the girl with daggers, was within the vast dungeon grinding off of the hoard of creatures being spawned in front of her. Taking one down almost drained the life out of her, literally. It was a good thing she found a great mine for metal to craft swords and sell them to players to buy potions and such.

Another creature appeared in front of her. It was time to test out her daggers she had made back in town. She threw them at the beast, however it barely did any damage to it. Her penetration level would need to raise in order to deal any sort of significant damage. She continued to throw them and dodge the beings attacks while picking up her daggers to once more throw them. She would have to just keep at it until her level went up. After several minutes of exhausting work, the monster had been defeated.

She continued her way through the dungeon coming across a wide door. "A boss must be on the other side. I should rest for a bit before trying. I may need to recruit some others as well." Her stomach began to growl. She sat down to eat some bread she bought before coming.

Mya glanced at Masaru, thinking similarly to what he's thinking. If the regular monsters were this strong, then the boss would be extremely difficult to fight. However, levels don't matter too much as long as there is a good amount of people to back up each other. More people can outweigh the high leveled bosses. Besides, they only have so much crystals to use and she didn't want to use them on regular battles or they might have to go back into town for more supplies. "Alright guys. Let's heal up and take at least a 15 minute break. If we fare well, then we can continue more into the dungeon. Sounds good everyone?"

"You don't have to use items now. Since we're safe, just rest. Otherwise they're going to waste." She said as she was sitting. Since she didn't do much all she had to recharge was her energy, which was fill again in seconds. Once it was she stood, noticing someone else speak. Good, a sensible one. "I agree. No boss fighting if we can't handle what's coming our way."

Masaru took note of the what Mya and Meena said and it was argeeable and nodded. "Good idea, but if any of us were Beta Testers, it might be a different story." He trailed off, most people didn't like them a sthey did take most of good grind spots and left others behind, mos tof which enver played the game before, but many people would adjust toa game's system eitehr quickly or slowly depending on how fast their mind adapts and it does help when you play RPG's, eahc with their own battle systems but it's also a common concept, but with ullDive technology, you coudl mvoe anywhere you wanted.

"The boss can only attack only attack one player at a time, but a party allows multiple targets, what if we..." he trailed off his thoughts and spoke up. "A boss can attack everyone in a Party correct? I was thinking, what if we split into teams of two or three and then, when one party attacks, the other can take over, constantly switching it's attention to the attacker." He asked them, he just wanted to hear what their opinions would be.

Kuroi listened to Masaru intently. That is a good strategy... I was thinking of that. Kuroi made an excuse to himself, I must have been too scared to speak up. "Yes..." He said out loud. "That is true. We should split up into multiple parties..."

Mya listened carefully to his plan. It was a good plan. And it could work. "Sounds like a good plan. If we are going to split up, we need to form teams based on their roles. Each group should have one DPS dealer, a somewhat defensive, yet attacking character, and a character ready to use items to heal us."

Star rose hearing voices a few minutes away from her position. She stood up and began to listen to what they had to say more intensively. "Hmm. Teaming up to fight the boss might now be such a bad idea. I will partner with one of them, for a short time before I head off again."

She walked to them placing her sword on the ground to where it created a short flare of sparks. "I wish to join you in this fight."

[ooc; I should note that they won't be fighting Floor One's main boss since floor one wasn't beaten so early. But after their boss we'll go to the time skip after a wrap up. I feel like i mention a bit of this before but...not the boss bit I think so there.]
Meerna bit her lip at the mention of beta players. Telling them about it could help everyone in the end, but just because one would be okay with it does not mean the others would suddenly deny her presence right away or use it as an excuse later on. So no. She was having none of that. Especially since this should be only a one time thing.
Anyway. On to the plan. Sounded smart enough so she nodded and agreed. "I will focus on healing, since I-" Oh. Another one was joining their fight. It was nice for a larger party here but...how rude. She would not disagree on the issue though, leaving it for the others to decide on.

Masaru looked at the new arrival that annoucned her presence, she was certainly a sight to behold with that blakc hair and eyes as green as emerald but he wasn't lettign his mind wander into hormone world as he considered the roles Mya helpfully pointed out, a DPS, a Attcker and Defender along with a Healer, however, Magic wasn't supported in this game since it focused on Weapons only.

"You'll be a Healer then Meerna? If that is where you think you'll help best in the battle against a Boss, then I'll believe you." he said and looked to Kuroi, Elise, Ittoki and Mya and the new girl.

"I think Elise should be recommended as a Healer, I hope it doesn't offend you in any way when I say that, Ittoki, you did take a serious blow during the fight and was reduced to the Yellow Zone and forced us to use a Healing Potion, but I think we should use those sparingly, because most likely, they'll be expensive later on since our HP is a sign of our life." he said, actually pointing out a few things.

"Not that it's your fault Itokki but it's just a idea, I didn't get any damage proabaly because I grasped the basics and adapted to the system quickly enough, and before anyoen asks, no, I'm not a Beta Tester, if I was, my armour would most liekly be different than the Starting Armour everyoen else gets." he said, not coming off as rude or anything or putting his skills in everyone's faces.

"Sorry for ignoring you Miss, but I can see you don't have any other Members, did you go at this Dungeon alone?" he asked Star, he was curious as to why she went at this alone when the risks would be high, sure, being a Soloer meant more Col and Experience but ti carried teh risk of you dying more quickly, only way you could be that confident is if you truly trust in your skills.

Star looked at them and noticed a boy was looking at her oddly. "I am Star. Some back in the be- I mean, others call me Dagger Girl. I tend to be very skilled with long ranged weaponry." She took a knife out and in an instant it swayed passed Masaru's head hitting the wall behind him. "I am a solo player. I came in here with potions and many other items to keep me here while I level. It has been successful this far."

Ittoki listened to Masaru, "Nn... Okay!" He thought about what he was good at. "Maybe I'll be an attacker. May I be in Eli-chan's team?"

    "Attacker." Kuroi said.

"Ehh? Why Kuroicchi??" Ittoki whined, "I want you to be on the same team as us~~~!!!"

"Urgh... O-Okay fine. Then I'll be the DPS dealer..."

OOC: Uh... can someone clarify what's DPS dealer? I'm sorry... I think I know what it is, but just want to make sure....

Mya listened to Masaru's plan carefully while examining the new girl that walked in. She didn't look like the solo type. Hmm...usually people don't solo, especially in a situation like this. Perhaps a beta tester? She shook the thought out of her head and looked back at Masaru."Based whY I observed, I suggest making 2 groups. With meager supplies, more groups require more supplies to be shared among us."

Masaru didn't flinch from the casual projectile thrown at him since it went by so fast but eh listened to the woman's reasons and Ittoki and Kuroi's decided roles along with Mya suggesting two groups, that did sound very reasonable, Ittoki seemed to want to eb with Elise, well his choice really and to have Kuroi in his team which the fellow male seemed to be taken aback by.

"We probably find another group of monsters and test whose best in their areas, that way, if we do fight the Boss, we aren't at a disadvantage and become comfortble with our specified roles, that sound alright?" he asked them.

"That's a good idea." Kuroi said. Damn... I wanted to be the strategist... Oh well... Whatever.

"Sounds like a plan." Kaito said. While had had remained silent throughout the entire planning process, he knew what he strengths were and how he could apply them to combat.

Star waved her hair back at the group. "The boss shouldn't be that difficult. When you guys are ready, tell me. I am going to go grind some more and continue to level." She began to walk off reaching for her daggers. "I will end up soloing him if I must."

Mya narrowed her eyes as Star walked off on her decision."I don't trust her. She's probably a beta tester or something like that. She sounds too confident in her skills." She looked back at the group."What do you guys think? I feel she's in this only for her own gain."

A sigh escaped pale lips as he sheathed his sword. Red-brown eyes scanning the recently emptied room of monsters. It wasn't as exciting as fighting in a duel...but he wasn't looking for more people to cry at his feet and listen to them beg for mercy. Dressed in all black, the man ran his fingers along the wall. "It was around here...." Finding nothing, he scowled at the useless wall and another sigh slid from clenched teeth as a familiar light lit up behind him as more monsters respawned. How long was he going to stay in his room looking for that chest? Oh...but he wanted that item... Ducking, a sword sank itself into the wall in front of him above his head. "Well that's no fair...the challenger should let the challenged strike first. Don't you agree?!" Turning in his crouched state, he drew a sword from a sheath he held loosely in his opposite hand and slashed through the what he considered funny looking skeletal knight. Seven more advanced on him. Looking at the wall behind them he noticed a differently colored panel. "Found it...." Sidestepping a poor swing, he cut down two of them in one deft swing of his blade. The sounds of other players fighting and their voices reached him through the wall. "Ho...more people..." He remembered....if only breifly the expression of shock on his party members' face when he'd run her through. The rest....wrong place at the wrong time....but the first had definatly not been on purpose. But who wanted to do a tedious quest to rid themself of an orange cursor? What did it matter to him if people thought he was a murderer. Wasn't that exactly what he was? Grabbing the head of a skeleton approaching from his blind side, he held it there for a moment, idly watching it swing it's weaponless arm in an attack pattern that couldn't reach him. Tch...boring. What good is fighting an opponent I've memorized the attack patterns and formations for. I'd rather fight...someone with a mind of their own. Tightening his hand around the skull, it cracked and eventually shattered, shattering the rest of the creature. Sheathing his blade he stroad over to the panel and pushed it in with his finger. A click sounded and a door opened, giving him access to the chest.

    "Let's go together, okay, Masamune?"
His hand jerked to a halt before the chest. "Foolish child...she was." Flipping the lid he lifted out his newly acquired Defense Ring. Taking his time bringing up the menu and equipping it, the +10 defense bonus was enough to please him for the day.
