Sweet Poison

Just then his dark grin and wild eyes faded into a face of horror as Seno returned to the surface of his body. he released his grip and layed her on the ground and run back to get some herbs from his bag. "Just hold on I wont let you die like this!" he shouted as he dashed to his bag. as he was running back he thought, "why would a monster cry and beg for its life that doesnt seem like something a demon would do." He then got down on his knees and pulled some bandages and herbal medicines from his bag. "I was told this medicine can heal all wounds but I'm not sure how well it will work on what ever you are." he then put the medicine on the bandages and gently but tightly wrapped it around her neck. "I am not a monster" he thought to himself, "I am not a monster..."

 

She shivered, then slowly shifted back, feeling her bones twinge. "No one is a monster." she murmured, feeling her facial bones elongate into a wolf's jaw. Slowly lifting her head and standing up, she wobbled, then braced herself, trying to get her four legs under control.

Daine ran faster, panting, then smacked into something unbelievably solid. She stumbled back, trying to maintain her balance, then looked up. It was a human. As if this day couldn't get any worse. "Pardon..." she whispered, trying to keep to the shadows. Maybe he didn't know what she was. If Luck was with her.

 

Leon turned to see what had run into him, a girl, a nympth. Not caring he shrugged and continued walking, he wasn't one to be interupred when getting Honey. It's not unlikly i'd run into one here, well more techinaclly they run into me.

 

She took a deep breath, then turned, and tugged on his arm. "You can't go that way." His body's need for honey pulled at her, but she pushed it away. If she healed him, she would lose her abilities. She wasn't ready to do that for a complete stranger. "There's danger."

 

Leon slowly turned his head, with a tired look on his face he blankly said, "And my living isn't dangerous?". He broke her grasp and continued walking. He didn't mind if he was attacked by anything ahead, he knew how to escape and manage them to avoid death. Besides, he wasn't much of a fighter.

 

Daine clenched her fists. She lived by the rule that youcouldn't let anyone around you come to harm, if you could manage it. She would have to try again. "I'm not one of your human females." she said coldly, swinging her fist to punch him in the back of the head.

 

Nox knew that the circle was about to disapate, "Maybe I should let you live I have nothing realy to gain but also nothing to lose unless you can offer something."

 

"What the hell it this...?" Annaly muttered in horror. She was getting more confused by the minute, the only thing she found that she could do was back away slowly but after not even a few steps she backwards onto her back. She scrambled back onto her feet and hid behind a nearby tree, hoping that she wouldn't be seen by the wolf and demon.

 

"Well well, you sure change your opinion fast."
Saro still pressed against the walls. There was no way he was gonna be caught off guard.

 

"Hey I could still crush you," Nox said shruging his sholders, "so what will it be?"

 

"Just let me out. This isn't helping anyone."

Exhaling, the werewolf closed his eyes. This was going on for too long.

 

Leon moved out of the way of her fist and began walking quicker, "I don't have time for your kind stopping me", he said sounding a little more aggressive than before, if she tried getting in his way he wouldn't be held responsible for his actions.

 

She sighed, then stepped in front of him. "Afraid to take on a girl?" she taunted, resorting to the last thing she knew. "I mean, come on, man. I thought you humans were stupidly brave. Guess I was wrong."

Aly slowly got up, she was soo hungry. She turned, smelling something delicious. Something good. Stalking towards the trees, quietly, she circled around, her hackles raised. It was a human girl, watching the battle, but it couldn't be helped. She needed food, now.

 

Annaly froze in her place at the sight of the wolf in front of her, her mind was screaming at her to run but her feet were firmly planted onto the ground. Her hands started to tremble as she tried taking small steps backward, trying to not make any sudden movements. Oh god, what am I going to do...? She started to panic. Her heart started to beat so fast it was banging against her ribcage, at least it felt like it was.

 

"No it might help me," Nox said. This might be my best bluff.

 

Leon stopped once more, "I don't have time for you", he said. He was growing tired of the troublesome nymph girl. To him she was an obsticle like anyone else, no matter what race.

Aly grinned, growling, her hackles raised. "Stupid human."she half thought, half growled. Crouching down, she then leapt at the girl, jaws open and ready to tear her throat out.

Daine grinned, her eyes glinting. "In a hurry to die? Or just afraid?" she sounded braver then she felt. In truth she was terrified. She remembered what humans and demons did to her kind.

BIC: Leon continued to walk, passing the nymph girl. He was determinded to reach his destination, the old place that was once a mine until the greed began and everyone was fighting for Honey. The amount was running short as was his stash.

 

Annaly screamed at the top of her lungs again, as the wolf jumped onto her she was pushed onto the ground. In an attempt to get away, she tried pushing the wolf off of herself. Not an easy thing when it some something that was twice her height.
