Sweet Poison

Saro pounded on the walls of his chamber. this had gotten from good to bad to ok to horrible. He found another like him, now he was trapped. The worst part was he lost his food.

"Let me out! Let me out you little whatever you are!"

He was almost screaming at Nox.

 

"Well she ran off," Nox said, "now what to do with you."

 

Saro glared at the witch with hateful eyes. If only the moon was full. If only he could break this barrier like anything else. He would be far more satisfied with his situation.

"Do I have to say it again...I'm sorry, I don't know your name"

 

"I could just close the circle and you would be a nice puddle of blood bones,fur and whatever you had for lunch or I wait till you have to take human form," Nox said.

Saro smiled.

"I never heard someone have such a long name before. pleased to meet you Icouldjustclosethe circleandyouwouldbeanicepuddleofbloodbonesfurand whateveryouhadforlunchorIwaittillyouhavetotakehumanform."

He extended his hand in a sort of mock handshake.

 

Nox rolled his eyes, "being funny huh?"

 

"I'm being frustrated is all. Why are you doing this? Can't you let me go? I'm still starving here."

Saro paced his "cage", trying to figure out how to get out. What was this guy's objective. Was he prey to this child? No, no that was impossible.

 

"Nah," Nox said, "I think I've made up my mind."
The Circle began to get smaller.

 

Saro locked his arms and placed them against the walls of the magic circle. He wasn't going to die. Not today, not like this.
"I'll ask again child, what is your purpose? What do you have to gain from killing me pointlessly? Food, or are you one of those monsters that just kill for fun?"

 

"Well I do need a bit of your hair but you also threatend me. So you have that agiest you," Nox said as the circle got smaller.

 

Saro used his strength, makeing sure the circle only got a little smaller.
"Do you get angry when a surprised dog growls at you? it is the same principle. Furthermore, what do you want with my hair?"

 

"No and not your buisness," Nox said. The circle got smller.

 

"Neither is you being here. you just catch me and try to kill me. You have some issues."
Saro looked at the boy. What was his problem honestly. Not very talkative, that we're mark on his body, nothing of worth.
His eyes became slits, his breathing became heavy.

 

"Hey just doing my job," Nox said examineing the circle. Am I running out of salt. Crap.

 

"Really, what job are we talking about here?"
The veins were bulging from the werewolf's arms. The strain was intense. He had no idea how much longer he'd last under this kind of pressure. Maybe he wasn't as strong as he thought he was.

 

Aly dodged, then leapt at his throat again, snarling. She would die after he did, if it came to it. She would not allow him to make mince meat of her, that was her job, not his.

 

seeing that this was going to be a problem he let his hunger come forth changing for the Hero Seno to the Soul Eater Riyuchi his eyes began to glow and a creepy smile appeared on his face. he stopped and let her clamp on to his neck. he laughed as he said, "is that really all a wolf can do?" he then threw his dagger to the ground and wrapped his hand tightly around her neck and began to squeeze. "I can't wait to taste your ashes maybe I'll look for a few humans to mix you with or even another demon!!!" he began to squeeze until he could feel her bones cruching under the pressure of his monsterous grip.

 

Annaly started to wonder around, she had lost her way. Not something she wanted to really do and now, she was starting to feel more and more anxious as each moment passed by. She jumped when she heard the sound that almost sounded like bones or twigs snapping nearby. She tried holding back a scream of fright that had been building quickly in her chest but failed. Her physical being had other things in mind and a scream bellowed from her small mouth.

 

Aly couldn't hold her shape, she shifted back and screamed. Her hands went to scratch and tear at his. She could feel the bones in her neck snapping, making the rest of her tingle. "Stop!" she screamed again, then coughed, and gasped for air. She could feel her body trying to accomodate to his grip, but breaking slowly. Was she going to die like this? It looked like it. Slowly her vision dimmed, and her grip on his hands slackened. "Please." she whispered, her eyes filling with tears that spilled down her cheeks as her eyes closed.

 

Leon rose from his bed, wandered to where he stashed his honey and took the daily amount in a glass. This kept him going. Though he was now low on the stuff. He left to get some taking a shortcut through the woods.
