    You can finds twitters outside. They're the grey flying rats. You gotta be quick, but once you get one you can tie a note to its leg. When this happens, it'll connect to your brain and you will share a telepathic connection powered by wi-fi where it learns the location and appearance of the person who you want to read the note.
