Okay, I'm English, and I'm fully aware, that American people, speak English, but why do they change words?

If they want different words, think up there own language!

And what the heck is up with American Football?
Football= An English name for soccer, that WE thought up first
American Football= Rugby for whimps. And think up a different name!

I'm done ranting now.

Alright, you do realize that this happens with EVERY language that is spoken in multiple countries, right? For example, the Spanish that is spoken in Spain is considerably different from the Spanish spoken in Mexico, and even that differentiates from the Spanish spoken in Central America. They have different words in these three regions, and Spain has an entire extra verb form that the other regions don't use. By comparison, the American changes to the English language are completely insignificant.

Well this was a huge waste of time, not to mention it's become a debate about sports. I'd rather not argue anymore, it's rather tiring and not worth what little effort I put into it considering how stupid of a debate this is.
