Ohh good question. I meant to address this earlier actually.

I'm going to leave that up to the RPers, really.
If both characters are active Star Warriors, then yes (unless they just happened to never get the same mission)
If one is and the other isn't, but the other is aware of the Star Warriors, then it's possible to either know or not know (Let's say it's someone who's helped the Star Warriors occasionally or had them in his realm for shenanigans).
If they're brand new to the idea of everything (joined Star Warriors recently), then either way works, too.

In other words, it's all up to you guys. I'm going to assume that everyone at least has passing knowledge about everyone else.
