Stay away from /h/, /d/, /s/, /hc/, /e/, /u/, and /y/, unless you're into... ALL of that. /b/ is fun sometimes, but as the name of the board will tell you, you really don't know what you're gonna find there. /a/ is a genuinely a good board for anime, despite 4chan's negative connotations, and /v/ is a must see if you're someone who likes to stay up to date with video games. Also, /rs/ is has some REALLY cool stuff on there (anything from video games to porn, it's great). The rest is up to you.

It's a Rapidshare link portal. Basically you can search it for files (usually movies, games, and a lot of porn) and they'll provide you with Rapidshare links to download them from.

Meh, not all of 4chan is like that, just the more well-known boards. /x/ and /v/ for example are awesome boards, but they aren't nearly as inappropriate (at least not usually) as /b/ and /hc/.

Agreed completely. There's soooo much good shit in that section to have fanboy/girl spasms over.

 

There is a section on cooking and gardening
also, they have a japan section and cosplay

 

The cosplay board has cosplayer porn sometimes, though. I'd be careful, kids. Unless you're into that sort of thing.
