DO PEOPLE LIKE YOU ACTUALLY EXIST!?
WE TRULY LIVE IN HORRIFIC TIMES!
What are you talking about? Spidey's one of the most interesting heroes to see fighting.
He lacks super flashy powers so his fighting style relies on the fact that he's a ****ing spider and must use his agility to evade his enemy attacks whereas most other super heroes it's just "LOL!FLYAWAY!"

So that'd be Dodging: The Movie? I cannot think of a single flying superhero I actually like. I was comparing Spiderman more to the likes of Batman, who is by far more interesting to fight. Because he's got all his batgadgets and stuff, whereas Spiderman only has his same old and tired cobweb. The gimmick was very tired by Spiderman 3, the humour was the meat of it.

I'm just saying I would have put this dance number from the movie: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=wdBzwOG5Fdc#t=33s

    Kids these days.

    Agreed.

While I'm not saying humor is bad in a Super hero movie, if the source material itself that the movie is based on isn't a comedy then the meat of the movie should not be comedy.

That's terrible. It's an adaptation, it doesn't have to follow the source material. As a matter of fact, considering how tired Spiderman is, how many times the same stories have been told without changing next to anything, it's a good thing to change things around. Keep it fresh, y'know?

Don't get me wrong, I like change in fictional media. For example, I like how they made Spider-man's web shooters organic in the Sam Raimi movies. But change isn't alway good, one aspect they changed about Spider-Man in comics still angers people to this day. And it is only three words.

Also, not all adaptation inprove by changing things from the source material. Just look at the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Super Mario Brothers movie, and any video game adaptation made by Uwe Boll.

When you hate a thing, you do not actually hate that thing, but you hate your view of that thing.

That and Jube often makes valid points even if he is as over the top as people get with media. But I didn't know him back when you did.

I was right all along, everyone loved Andrew Garfield in "Spiderman: No Way Home" the most. Way to go past me
