Sora's Darkness

"You know I'll never just fade away." He chased down the prince and made another attempt to take his life.

 

He found the little gap his host escaped through then seals it. He turns to Sephiroth's puppet. "This happens to you all the time, isn't that true?"
He lowers his head. "Yes."

 

"That's true." He pushed the prince against a wall, his eyes mad with the thrill of the chase. "So, here we are. Wouldn't it be so easy to kill you this second?"

 

He never seen anyone like Lyon possessed that has gone this mad. Ephraim stucks his lance in between the two of them. "If I die, then my sister's effort would be in vain."
Once he heard his voice, he lifts his head up and shouts, "You better not Sephiroth! You know what I will do again!"
He binds Cloud's arms behind his back. "Oh hush you."

 

He grabbed the spear from him and snapped it in half as though it were a twig. "Like I care."

 

He stands firmly on the ground as he braces himself.
He shook him off then runs over to Sephiroth.

 

His hand turned into a Heartless claw and he pulled it back, ready to deal the killing blow.

 

He launches a punch into his face then picks up the prince.
The Demon King walks over to Sephiroth and amusement held in his eyes.

 

"Don't you dare say anything. That disobedient puppet of mine will pay for this!" He chased after him.

 

The prince guided him to a place where they could stay. "Sephiroth isn't happy since I just swung that punch." He looks over his shoulder while the prince sits on the floor.
"Why did his hand change into-into..."
"A Heartless claw. Once that strucks into your chest, you are dead. He is kind of my superior."
He nods in understanding.
He follows after him.

 

He couldn't follow their scent any farther due to all of the light in the area, so he started searching nearby for them.

 

"Is there anything you can tell me about what happened here?"
"Lyon, me and my sister's best friend, found the Dark Stone two and a half years ago. Both of us were pleased he's helping his people, just like how I should be. As time grows, little did we realize the Demon King consumes his heart. And all of this time, he was pretending to be the friend we knew." He clenches his hand into a fist.
He could sense them coming closer. "Your Majesty, much as I want to continue this conversation, your killer is drawing closer." He hands him two materias. "Use these. Just concentrate."

 

By now he was close enough to hear their conversation, and he rushed towards them.

 

He spreads out his wings then wraps around him. "Don't mind the wings." He whispers. "Just use your bracelet's power."
He never done this before then concentrates with his eyes closed.
Sensing the light growing stronger, he follows in that direction.

 

"They're leading us right to them."

 

"That's rather suspicious. Get your puppet."
He winces slightly by its power but still kept his wings out.

 

"Oh, Cloud. I'm sure you know why I'm contacting you. It was only a matter of time before this happened again. I'll deal with your punishment after I take care of the prince." He started controlling his mind, causing his tattoo to glow brightly.

 

He falls on his knees then he places his hand over his chest as his wings wraps around himself. "I won't hand him over, no matter what is the cost." He grits his teeth. "They are coming. Forget you ever knew me."
"But--"
"Just go!"
He found another lance lying on the floor then picks it up as he runs away from his blonde companion.

 

He arrived where Cloud was. He picked him up by his collar with both hands. "Where did he go?"

 

"My guess is Frelia." He said as he avoids his gaze. "Where the second stone was destroyed."
"Liar. There is no such thing as sanctuary over there. My monsters destroyed their king not too long ago."
