Sora's Darkness

Now at The World That Never Was, Namine turned to Sora. "Kingdom Hearts...has been finished?" she asked, a smooth smile coming onto her face. "Then at last...I can have my own heart?"
She was not sure what Xemnas, Tifa, or Kairi were planning to do now, but did that matter anymore? As long as they didn't get in the way and she'd get what she wanted...ignoring that pitiful twinge of guilt she 'felt' from her other side.

 

Tifa looked around. Everyone seemed to have gone. She wondered where everyone was.

 

Gazing up, Namine felt a soft stinging sensation at the back of her eyes. Closing her eyes, she inhaled and exhaled slowly. Why was she...about to cry? Maybe...maybe she just needed a good fight with someone...drain them of their darkness...or just...something...that girl, she remembered, seemed ready to fight...perhaps she could use her.
Opening her eyes and turning to Sora, she said, "Sora...I have...something to do. If Kingdom Hearts' process is about to finish, or you need me for anything, just call for me."
Raising her arm, she then opened a portal of darkness, taking her back to Twilight Town, atop a building overlooking the Sandlot. Tifa was sitting up on the ground, her long locks of dark hair falling over her shoulders, and her ankle, red and sore. Namine smiled at the sight, remembering just how nice it was to see her suffering.
You sound just like Larxene...
Silence... she scolded her other side mentally, her smile quickly turning into a frown. She knew if her light was to disappear completely, she would have to absorb some more darkness, or fight until it engulfed her completely.

Raising her arm, her other side was silenced immediately. Tilting her head down, Namine had darkness, surround Tifa's ankle, shifting the bone to be positioned correctly. It was a bit of a painful process for the girl she knew, but at least she could stand now, right? And it was only brief...
Waiting for Tifa to realize she could stand - which wasn't long -, Namine then spoke, "Feel better?"

 

Tifa noticed Namine had healed her. She stood up. What was she up to? "Yes... why?" She felt slightly scared, she hadn't forgotten the pain she was in a bit ago.

 

"Well, I'm just telling you that you better relish the peace you're in right now..." Namine answered, as chains appeared within her right hand. "Because you'll be in a much worse condition pretty soon..." A soft smirk passed over her lips. "I hope you're ready?"

 

"I am ready" Tifa said menacingly, she rushed foward to hit Namine in the face.

 

Grinning, Namine lifted her chains up, to wrap around her neck, cutting off her oxygen. "My, this would be easy, wouldn't it?" she taunted. "I could stay like this and you'd suffocate...if I yanked it, I might shift your bone, instantly killing you...but now...that would be way to easy?" She tightened the chains' hold around her neck. "Wouldn't it?" Relaxing, the chain slid around from her neck. "Of course, I rather have drag the battle on a bit longer...so I won't. To make things fair, why don't you strike me first?" She smiled, looking much like her innocent, usual self.

 

Tifa backed away a little. Namine was playing games with her, she wasn't sure what to do. Could she even prepare Final Heaven in time if she did get the chance?

My parents are making me come off the computer.

 

OOC: Ah, too bad...I'll have Namine leave then. lol

Namine tilted her head to the side, a lock of golden blonde hair falling over her left shoulder. "What? What is this?" she asked, widening her eyes, as if surprised. "You seem frightened...of me? My, you make me laugh..." She gave a small chuckle. "So...you know what? I'm going to wait for you to grow stronger...and when you do...I'll return to finish our fight...or better yet..." Darkness began to circle her as she disappeared. "You'll come to me..."

'Is Sora lying?', she thought to herself... or maybe her eyes had decieved her.. maybe Riku was alive, but why had he been avoiding her

 

Hey ANF is Sephiroth still alive? I'm assuming he is since we aren't sure what happens to him after the battle in the game. So if he is can I be him?

"I wonder what all my old enemies are doing?" Sephiroth thought as he strolled through Radiant Garden.

 

i want kairi to take a little trip there but she's gonna get used so yeh

 

Tifa couldn't believe it, Namine thought she was afraid of her. "I'll find her soon" she thought to herself.

 

Sora obliged to the only times he could call for her. "Kingdom Hearts is ready anytime she wants, but then," he averts his gaze from the moon, "there are consequences for her as well as myself." He opens a portal then closes it behind himself.

 

Tifa sat down, she still felt angry that she had lost ro someone younger than her.

 

He sat down as he could feel his body change back to its usual ways and his hunger became a lot worse. Sora clutches his stomach as he tries to maintain its level. "Mustn't...think...about...Nami..." To prevent himself from harming her, he use his keyblade and stabs his hand.

 

Appearing back in The World That Never Was, Namine's chains were now gone, as she had clasped her hands together behind her back. Sora was not there...where had he decided to go instead?
Tilting her head up, she gazed at the glowing heart-shaped moon in the sky...Kingdom Hearts. It was finished...and she could...have her very own heart...just like she wanted...
But... That voice of her other side spoke in her own mind. But...if you do...you can never return to Kairi...it'd be as if you were your own Somebody...and the darkness...can control you easier. I am a Nobody, already of darkness...as a Somebody, it'd be more difficult...and...and with my own heart...I could even...die...easily. Among other numerous disadvantages I have yet to contemplate about...
I don't...I don't want to depend on Kairi though...I don't...I don't... The dark side of her was wavering, as she closed her eyes, her mind waging within herself.
Remember...why I had accepted the darkness from Sora...so I could be by his side...so I could help him...having a heart would complicate things and not help one bit...so...no...I cannot...should not...have a heart...
The darkness engulfing her now drew back, and when she opened her eyes, they shone a bright shade of sapphire blue - like their usual luster of kindness...not the one of the darker shade of evil that she had a couple of moments ago. She was herself...and the darkness, suppressed...for now, that was.
"So...ra..." she murmured to herself. "Sora..."

 

He lifts his head as he heard a familiar voice and looks at Namine from TWTNW. "How can I face her?" He mumbles to himself. The kindness shone in her eyes forces him to look away. "I-I can't face you Namine, but since I once asked you to give me false memories... All I can say is, I'm sorry."
