"I wasn't going to take it from you, though you may want to hide it from Yuffie."

 

"Fat chance." She sticks out her tongue playfully.

 

She rolled her eyes. "Don't tell me you act like her."

 

She lowers her head. "Someone I knew used to act like that in front of me. Now it is just a memory."

 

She sat down next to her and hugged her comfortingly. "Who was that?"

 

She looks up and smiled to herself. "Sephiroth."

 

She blinked in surprise. "Are we both thinking of the same Sephiroth here?"

 

"Yes, I saw one with a little girl."

 

"His emotions seem to play havoc with him these days."

 

"How is it havoc?"

 

"You know him better than I do. How many times has he been the way he was before he left?"

 

"What part? I've seen many sides."

 

"Horribly depressed or shattered and shows it."

 

"Too often." She whispered.

 

"So he's not as tough as he makes himself out to be." He fell into an uneasy sleep.

 

"I hurt him countless times that I knew he's going to kill me." "Are you ok papa?"

 

He twitched in his sleep.

 

"What did I do to betray you?" "Now he won't smile in front of me anymore."

 

He growled slightly.

 

"I'm so worthless." She buries her hands into her face.
