He wrapped his wings around himself.

 

She hugs him.
He turns on the water then began washing Blossom.

 

He just looked at her, not hugging back.

 

"Avery told me to leave him alone." She rests on his shoulder.

 

He put a hand on her head.

 

"Want to try again by yourself?"

 

He shook his head.

 

She nods in understanding.

 

He fluttered out of the crib and crawled in his brother's direction.

 

"Wasn't that mean?"

 

"It's not like my mom's gonna come and take me out of there."

 

"She won't come back because you asked for it. Grandma will return if you call for your parents."

 

"I don't want her back."

 

She cries in her sleep. "You are lucky your mom paid attention to you. Not many children get that in this castle."

 

He rubbed her back as his head drooped, blaming himself for Luana's actions. He curled up next to his brother.

 

She sniffled then whimpered.

 

He rested his head on hers.

 

"Why can't he see he's fortunate?"

 

"Because I hate her just as she hates me."

 

"Just because she yelled at you, doesn't mean she hates you."
