Sora's Darkness V4

His leg muscles tightened, bracing himself from flying backwards.

 

She stops then launches a punch to his stomach.

 

He fell onto all fours with a hand clutching his stomach as he coughed up a small amount of blood on the ground.

 

She switches fighter to healer mode as she uses her energy. "How was that?"

 

"More powerful than I expected."

 

She lowers her head. "Sorry."

 

He moved himself into a sitting position and ruffled her hair. "It's alright."

 

"What now?"

 

He rubbed his stomach. "Rest."

 

"Just you?"

 

"You can rest too if you want." He shut his eyes.

 

She rests beside her father.

 

He draped an arm across her body. She plucked some of the seeds to take home with her.

 

"What should we do about my training?"
"Ready?"

 

"Not worry about it right now." She nodded.

 

"Am I Luana's shadow?"
He takes her by the hand and heads home.

 

"Of course not. You're better than her."

 

She places a hand on his stomach and began to heal him. "I hope I'm a fighter like you."

 

He chuckled softly. "You definitely have enough strength for it."

 

"But I have to know how to use it or it would be completely useless."
