"Of all things, you gave me blood." She stated. "How did you know I am a vampire?"

 

"I just guessed since most of the residents here are vampires."

 

"Starting from grandpa." She muttered. "Have you seen a guy with silver blonde hair?"

 

"Yes. Why do you ask?"

 

"There's something about him that I like. I want to see him again."

 

"No. He's nothing but trouble."

 

Her heart falters. “But…but why? He seems so nice to me, Angeal.â€

 

"He's been a troublemaker to the rest of the family and I don't want to have you betrayed by him." He said as he stroked her head gently.

 

Her ears drooped. "The one I met isn't like that. Do you know why he's being a troublemaker?"
"Did you have enough rest?"

 

"Unfortunately no." He opened his eyes and nuzzled her face as a response.

 

"I can answer that if your guardian wants me to."
"Uncle Malik!"
She laughs. "Ok, honey."

 

"Fine." "I love you."

 

"My mother abandoned me and my father isn't a role model. Not only that, my grandfather hates me."

 

"As well as with most of the family."

 

"I don't!"
"Same here."
"I'm different from my siblings because I inherit my father's traits and he's my grandfather's enemy."

 

He kissed her cheek.

 

"Want me to come with you?"
"What is he talking about?"

 

"I you want to." "His father stopped me from finally meeting my mother after years of waiting."

 

"Your parents are my half-siblings. Your mother's father is my dad and your father's mother is my mom."
She remains silent in shock.
"I would rather stay."
