She frowns. "Wine-colored? That sounds like from my side."

 

"I'll go tell Sephana." He walked out of their room with their child.

 

Luana goes to sleep from exhaustion.

 

"Sephana." He said softly so as to not wake up his newborn.

 

She turns to face a sleeping newborn child then growls lowly.

 

He spread a wing in front of her protectively. "Meet your little sister, Garnet."

 

She takes a step back. "Are you trying to kill me?! My sister has darkness!"
Little Garnet cries from the loud volume.

 

He stroked her hair. "You've been able to be around me and I have darkness."

 

She places a light barrier in between of them. "That's because we are not using them!"
She calms down by his 'spell'.

 

He hissed from the light and retreated back to his room.

 

She cries as she grabs her father's hair.

 

He stroked her hair.

 

Her grip loosens as she quiets down once more.
"I take it she isn't happy with the news."

 

"Because she has darkness."

 

"Sounds like trouble in the future."

 

"What else is new?" He said as he headed towards his mom.

 

"Tell me something. Who were my father's friends?"

 

"He didn't really have any friends after he turned to the darkness."

 

She lowers her head. "There has to be ones still after him."
She places the book down.

 

"Now then, about the vampirism. You're sure?"
