She transfers into her husband's mind.

 

He hopped into her arms with Stripe nestled in his own. "I'm Angeal. Sephiroth said something about being 'Uncle Hewley' around you. Any questions you have for me?"

 

"Hi guys. I came to check on you three. What's up?"
She tilts her head. "Uncle?"

 

"Apparently, I'm Sephiroth's brother now." "Three? Who else are you talking about besides me and Stripe?"

 

She gestures towards the sanity sphere. "Well?"
She shook her head. "Nuh-uh."

 

"Yeah-uh." "Whole and without cracks." She said as she ran a few mind-tentacles across the sphere.

 

"I'm getting a feeling he has a nightmare. Shouldn't that give him cracks?"
She lost interest and wraps her tentacles around her niece.

 

"He'll still have nightmares about that place but your love counteracts the cracking."

 

"That's good to hear." She turns her attention to the little ones sitting on her lap. "And how are you two?"

 

"Fine." He chirped happily.

 

She smiles then pets both of them. "Is there anything you guys know and your older self doesn't?"

 

"Nope. Our connection is like us and Mother so it would be impossible."

 

She blinks. "Every little fragment in your memory?"
She rubs her cheek against hers.

 

"Other than when he blocks me, yes." She licked her face.

 

"How can I trust you? Zack ruined my life as a pup."

 

"If I ever meet my former apprentice, we're going to have a little 'talk'. He focusd on Mei. "Whatever my former friend did does not reflect my actions."

 

"Still, you have a long way to go."

 

He shrugged. "I'm patient."

 

She stays in a corner far away from the man named as Angeal Hewley.
She places her niece on the floor and rubs her belly.
"I'm just saying from the past."

 

She wags her tail as she pants happily. "Yes."
