She lifts her head. "Yes? What is it?"

 

"Your hair tastes good."

 

She smiles weakly. "I don't know if I should take that as a compliment or I'm going to be food."

 

"Compliment. We love you too much to eat you, Auntie."

 

She kisses her niece between her eyes. "That's good to hear."

 

She gave her a slobbery kiss on her face.

 

"Aaahh! No more! No more!" She cries jokingly.
"Is there anything you want to discuss, hun?"

 

"Not really. You?"

 

"Yes, I haven't receive any messages about our next child."

 

He smiled as he felt a little nudge from his lover's stomach. "Does that answer your question?"

 

She smiles softly. "I mean like when I told you about Sephana."

 

He shifted an arm to wrap around her stomach. "You shouldn't worry about it too much. The child is still young."

 

"So are we. We are young comparing to mom."

 

He chuckled. "Though she doesn't act her age."

 

"It is her choice not ours. Looking after her grandchildren and great-grandchildren can make her more human."

 

She snorted mentally. "Why would I want to be more like those scumbags?"

 

"You don't have to."
"Ok, that's enough."

 

"I'm just asking why you want me to act more human." She stopped licking her.

 

"What are humans most commonly known for in your race?"
She hugs her like a cute doll. "You are so lovable, you know that right?"

 

"The hippie part considered them as allies though they never met because humans always assume first and ask questions later. I think of them as fodder." She pants happily.
