She doesn't like the taste at first, but soon after her body craves for it.

 

He locked the door to his room and the balcony door.

 

Once she was through, four empty glass bottles are standing right next to her.
He transforms back into his original form. "Nanny, have you seen mom?"

 

"Wine cellar." He took off his marriage ring and threw it on the floor before collapsing on his bed and sobbing bitterly.

 

"What is she doing there?" He muttered to himself as he heads towards her.
She sleeps anything but peaceful.

 

He crawled under his tear-drenched blanket.

 

He places a hand on her forehead. "So you are turning your back from the truth by slowly killing yourself. Idiot mother." He picks her up bridal style.

 

He hugged a pillow in a death grip.

 

"Do you want to go through the time portal grandpa? To change all of this?"

 

He didn't answer as he continued hugging the pillow.

 

"I'll burn your door if you don't answer."

 

He continued ignoring him.

 

He elbows the door, causing the flames only on the door.

 

He growled softly at the intrusion of his privacy.

 

He notices the ring on the floor then back at his mother's. "I'm a dark phoenix so I can heal creatures of the dark. Want me to help Sephana?"

 

"You'll just end up killing her, if she hasn't already." He sobbed into the pillow.

 

"She is a vampire, grandpa. I can still heal her."

 

"She still has light. You'll just end up wounding her or erasing her light. Now, get the hell out of my room!" He yelled as he threw a pillow at him.

 

He whacks the pillow to a side. "Why don't I do all of us a favor and eliminate her light? That will close the distance between her and the family."

 

"Why don't you go and kill yourself? She's light in her soul. It would be like cutting off a bird's wings and expect it to go it's whole life without wanting to fly. She just won't be herself."
