All of this praise for Ratatat made me curious.

I am nearly 100% certain I used to listen to them, but forgot them completely. A piece fell into place. Will be downloading if I like more of it.

Might suggest more of my own later.

    These are interesting.

Nice songs. Might use some, but Hurricane has been added so that's definitely gonna show up.

Feel free to suggest as much as you like brochacho

I've been waiting for you to post since I know you're quite the music enthusiast. You even gave me links, how sweet of you <3

Also, every time you post something Tegan and Sara related I think of their long blog post about how Tyler, The Creator is a terrible person and his very short, very amusing reply to it.

I've learned from experience that it would be best to not look too hard at a band's blog posts etc. in fears of finding something I don't like and having them ruin them forever 3:

Or what about following some amazing artist on deviantART or Tumblr and then they make a text post that is impossible to rationalize? It is dreadful.

The Michael Jackson fiasco is hard to escape. My relatives always claim he was a child rapist if he comes up.

    /sigh

I've never understood why Michael Jackson is a big deal? I mean he has music genre props I guess but I never particularly enjoyed him. I think it's mostly a generational thing. I also enjoyed how everyone was making child rapist jokes before he died, and afterwards it's just "KING OF POP MAN, RIP."

I'm kinda surprised you don't enjoy the Jackson o.o he's just really fun to listen to, and damn could he dance.

I have always enjoyed his music, and it is hard to deny that he has made a huge mark on the music industry. He deserves his spot as king for the influence he had on it.

No matter who someone is, if they get that much praise you would not see the big deal if you were reasonable and not foaming at the mouth like his other fans. He may or may not have been overrated, but he was a great musician and an even better dancer, and to be honest anyone would be seen as overrated if they got that much attention.
