I play around with Rainmeter a little and change the skins on Winamp to give my desktop a new look. A new look helps refresh the mind in my opinion. But I made three and I can't choose which one to use. D: Help me decide, KHV. Spoiler
For me, it's definitely between the first and second one. I don't really oil the last one, it looks a bit...I'unno, cheap, I guess.
First one has the best color scheme flow and unity, imo. Though, I feel like the second one is the most fun and I'd likely pick it if it were me.
You do this when you're bored? You should do the same I do. Spoiler But anyway. The third one isn't bad.
I like the first one a lot. :3 And wtf, this is making me really want to change what my desktop looks like now.
First has a great color scheme. Second is just cute. Third is amazing. Tough choice bro, but I'd go with three.
Thank you for introducing me to Rainmeter. Second one. I know I'm sorta late, but I wanted to comment on Rainmeter. :v
Does Rainmeter do anything other than tell time, weather, and computer specs? Wondering if I should get it, not sure what I'd use it for if I did.
Looks like most people liked the second one the most with the first one being a close second. Well at the moment, I just use it for time, weather and computer specs because I don't have a need for the other features but there are other things such as being able to record your notes and to-do lists, launch your favorite applications, set up links to your favorite website right on your desktop, control your media player and have an RSS feed among various other things. I made this when I first started using Rainmeter but decided to ditch it because I didn't really need all of the features. If you want to see a better example of the things that can be done with Rainmeter, go to Deviantart and just search 'Rainmeter' and have a look for yourself.
