Ever since RvR put up a thread about people with oversized gifs and how to check their size, I've checked the sizes of every gif I've seen on here (and most I see on the internet in general >>)

I've only read issue 1 (due to my broken wallet, I'm only following a few series at the moment), but from what I hear, it's going along pretty well. And the art, oh my god.

The only ones I'm currently following actively is Batgirl, Green Arrow and Wonder Woman.

Might pick up Batwoman and Teen Titans next

 

I'm staying away from the Batman series for the moment (except Red Hood because Jason Todd<3), but Green Arrow is one of the ones on my lists to catch up on when I get some financial flow.
I'm following Green Lanterns, Green Lanterns: New Guardians, Red Lanterns, Flash, Teen Titans, Superboy, Red Hood and the Outlaws, and Justice League.
I recommend Teen Titans, though I'm not exactly a fan of its flow and the...I guess tone of it. It feels like it should be more serious or darker, and I don't like how they're writing Red Robin (SERIOUSLY, "I'M NOT GOING TO TELL YOU MY REAL NAME. JUST CALL ME RED ROBIN, BUT I'M GOING TO UNMASK MYSELF TO ****ING EVERYONE") and the storyline seems too easy. But still, it's ****ing Teen Titans.

 

Ah, I might pick up Red Hood and The Outlaws too

and maybe even Nightwing
His appearance in Batgirl made me want to follow it

I thought the same exact thing when I came back.

It's quite and not as much fun as it was when we were active. Only ones that are still around are the admins really. Everyone else left. :/

 

It's all a matter of perception. There's obviously lots of new members you hardly know now due to the difference in join date.

You need to give things a chance. I know I miss a lot of old members, but these are different and equally amazing people, if only less dramatic and eccentric. Most of them, at least.

haha you know you guys there is this crazy thing called posting fun threads instead of posting "wahh this forum is so boring" or "man, remember 2007/2008/2009/whenever?"

Things are always going to look sweeter in hindsight because you tend to remember the peaks. What was going on in 2007/2008? Well we had spdude neglecting us so the site could basically not move forward, sure there were some great people around then, but great members have been coming and going since the forum opened. It's silly to come back expecting it to be the same place that you remember, and blinding yourself with nostalgia about the past is going to make sure that you never get involved with the present or the future of the site.
